Electronic Notarization Stamp or Electronic Notary Signature Affixed:

$25 per electronic notarization. This fee applies when electronic notarization services are provided.

In-Person Mobile Notarization Stamp:

 $10 per in-person mobile notarization. This fee covers notarization services conducted in person at a location convenient for the client.

Verification Fee per Signer or Witness:

$10 per signer or witness for identity verification and notarization services.

​

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Verification:

$25 plus mileage fee. The mileage fee is $0.70 per mile and covers the cost of travel to the location for the VIN verification service.

Safety Deposit Box Verification:

Pricing for safety deposit box verification is variable, and clients are encouraged to call for a personalized quote based on their specific needs.

Administrative Fee per Appointment:

$25 administrative fee per appointment, covering the cost of scheduling and coordinating notary services.

Failed Verification Fee:

$15 per signer if a verification or notarization attempt is unsuccessful or cannot be completed.

Mileage Fee:

$0.70 per mile for travel associated with notary services, including VIN verification and in-person mobile notarization.

Rescheduled Appointment Fee:

$15 fee for rescheduling an appointment, should it be necessary.

Cancellation Fee:

Canceled appointment fee within 24 hours of the appointment: $25
